- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not complicated, just ask us and we will share it with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This depends on what job it is that I am doing but I always introduce myself with a smile and a handshake. We make certain to get the information from my new customer like name, phone number email address, mailing address so that we can contact them while working on or with there equipment, but we also use this information for warranty purposes since I offer a standard 90 warranty on all my work that I do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the time, there are free courses online I take and have my employee take.
