- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's hard because each customer is different on what they want. I am very fair on pricing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Zahn's is a family business. I grew up doing this. I can't imagine doing anything else. Now my daughter is here with me and she is a amazing designer!!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We do a huge event every year in October that requires me to think outside the box as my customer leaves it up to me to create beautiful centerpieces. And every year they are very happy with what a chose as a style and the quality of my flowers. It's over 36 pieces and they are large so it takes my design team 2 days to complete these.
