I was very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Handyman Pack. I had old shelving and cabinetry dismantled in 5 closets, a pantry and laundry room. They removed the items to be discarded, patched and painted those areas, as well as my garage. They were fairly priced, kind, maintained a clean work area and are very hardworking. I have already rescheduled them for another job.

I’m disappointed with the quality of work and unwillingness to make it right. The towel bar is not level; I asked that it be corrected but I only got excuses. I asked that an area on the kitchen wall that I patched myself be Re patched and sanded because I didn’t do a good job, but again, I was told nothing could be done to fix the poorly patched area. I would not hire this handyman again. I need a handyman that is willing and able to correct their own mistakes and my own less than satisfactory work that led me to hire a professional in the first place.

During the job, I encountered a metal obstruction behind the drywall that prevented me from mounting the towel bar perfectly level without damaging the existing bracket or enlarging the holes (which would have altered the standard fitting). I explained this on site and offered alternatives, including removing and re-patching a larger section of the wall for a cleaner fix, but you preferred not to proceed with that.
