We provide discounts for recurring services, depending on how frequent you have us at your home!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many times customers reach out for regular bi-weekly cleaning needs, and we’ll set them up on a recurring schedule. We establish pricing based on the size of the home, the amount of hours it will take, and the priorities of the customer. We will add discounts when customers sign up for recurring as well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my MBA so that I could be effective as a business leader. I bring business knowledge to an industry that can sometimes be shady in business practices. We make sure we take care of the customer and are always fair. We have a formal training process for all new cleaners which includes a speed cleaning training, supplies preparation, and customer service.
