- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every estimate is free. Our price depends on the size of the space, its condition and the type of cleaning (standard, deep, move-out or post-construction). The price shown is a starting point; we confirm the final price after a quick walkthrough or a few photos, before any work begins. No hidden fees. Recurring clients (weekly or bi-weekly) get a lower rate per visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Send us a message with the type of cleaning, size of the space and your preferred date. 2) We give you a free estimate, either from photos or a quick walkthrough. 3) You approve the scope and price in writing. 4) Our team arrives with all supplies and cleans following a room-by-room checklist. 5) We follow up after the job to make sure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained on our own cleaning standards and detailed checklists for homes, move-outs, rentals and offices. Our management also has hands-on experience running cleaning and building services operations.
