I recently moved from Orlando, Fl to Columbus, Oh, and this was the first time ever using a moving company. To be honest I had no idea what to expect or how the process was going to go. When I first went online and asked for an estimate. My phone literally would not stop ringing. I remember the first day I had to shut my phone completely off because I was so upset that I made a mistake by putting my info online. I waited about a week or so until I finally started reaching back out to moving companies.I started this process again with 0 knowledge or any idea of what to expect. I had spoken to numerous companies and they were all very unprofessional. To get honest all they wanted to do was bad mouth each other and say how horrible the other companys were. To me, that was a major turn off. At this point I felt like just giving up and renting a uhaul truck and doing the move myself. ( I really wanted to avoid that at all cost because my wife and I just had our first newborn baby. I decided to make one more call to a gentleman by the name of Ryan at Real Time Relo. Ryan had emailed me, and called me numerous times. So I thought that I would see what he had to offer.When I spoke to Ryan he made me feel very comfortable and educated me about how the whole moving process would go. Unlike the other companies, he didnt not once bad talk any other companies, which was a huge plus in my book. Ryan took me through the whole estimate process and I had to give him every item that I was moving over the phone. He made this process extremely easy for me. He explained that the estimates are based off the the square footage taken up in the truck.Ryans quote was honestly a little higher than what I had anticipated paying, but after reading their reviews and knowing that they were the actual company or carrier that would be moving me, it was honestly worth the extra money. Most of the other companies that had quoted me had tons of horrible reviews and I couldnt trust any of them with my belongings. I ended up booking it with Ryan and to be honest I couldnt have made a better choice. My wife and I prayed on it for a few days just to make sure that we were making the right choice on the move. I feel that God lead me to Ryan.A few days before the move, I got a call from their quality control person and he went over my inventory list again ( the same one that I gave to Ryan when he quoted me) and it turned out that I had about 390 more square cubic feet than what Ryan had estimated me. I did have about 60 more boxes and the pool table that I wasnt able to sell in time so I am glad that this company offered this for me. That meant that I didnt have a huge surprise on day of pick up. Garran the quality control manager was very nice as well just like Ryan. He was also very detailed which was good.Day before move- I got a call from a nice customer service lady named Jessica who had prepared me for my exact time frame for pickup. By the way, the whole customer service department at this company is phenomenal. They always answered my calls and all of my questions. (This was something that I feared by reading some reviews from other companies). But they were great. The truck did arrive about 1-1/2 hours later than expected but that was alright.The crew that arrived at my house did a tremendous job and wrapped all of my furniture with nice clean blankets, Disassembled all of my furniture that I couldnt handle, and packed up my TVs for me. I was unaware that my televisions had to be placed in boxes I am the supervisor of the truck was very nice and helped me with a box for my televisions. My wife even went to Publix to buy the crew their fried chicken for dinner.Overall, I feel very privileged to say that my experience using this company went fairly well. There was a few minor hiccups along the way, like my delivery happening two days later than expected. But honestly I was ok with that because there was a ton of snow here in Ohio that week. Thank you Real Time Relo! I will definitely be using again and referring to everyone!

Great company! I was very stressed out about this move and I got a call from Ryan from Real Time Relocation. To be honest I was very apprehensive at first but he brought me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. I gave Ryan all of the belongings that I had to move and he gave me a fair quote. I got a call a couple days before the guys came to load everything up from their quality control guy and he went over my inventory one final time to make sure that I would be good on my space. I ended up having a few extra items that I originally forgot to tell Ryan about, so he made the adjustments for me and pickup was great. The service that I received was far greater than I expected and they did a great job. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is moving long distance. There is a reason that they are a 5 star rated company. I will be using them again and referring them to all of my Florida friends and family. Thank you Real Time Relocation for an outstanding job!

Had a really pleasant experience with our move from the start to the end. They were very fast with coming up with the quote with the pictures of the items I need to move. They were also very responsive and assuring when I had to confirm and re-confirm stuff cuz that's me. Very patient with my questions! And on move day the team was very on time, in fact they were early! Very impressed! And everything was done extremely fast and professionally. I wish I have people like them on my team! Thank you very much for the pleasant experience for something that's usually such a headache!

These guys are very professional! They showed up right on time at 8am and they got right to work. They were very efficient and very aware of protecting our items. They came equipped with moving blankets, tape, hand carts and everything else they needed to execute a professional move. I would recommend Real Time Relocation to my closest friends and family and would use them again for future moves. Very professional! Very timely! Very cordial and accommodating.
