- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by an hourly rate. Our rates are based on the size and scope of your move, ensuring you receive the appropriate truck size, crew members, and equipment. Every move includes padding and shrink-wrapping of furniture, disassembly and reassembly as needed, and all standard moving supplies. No hidden fees—just honest, all-inclusive hourly pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out, we start by gathering key details about the move—locations, inventory, and any special requests. From there, we provide a transparent quote and clear timeline. Once confirmed, we guide the customer through our booking process, including deposit and terms. We keep communication open from start to finish to ensure a smooth, stress-free moving experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 19 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial moving, our team is trained in safe handling, packing, and transport practices. We also maintain ongoing safety and equipment training to ensure each move is performed efficiently, professionally, and with care.
