- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee may fluctuate, and I seek to be competitive in quotes. Please contact me so that we can discuss further.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an introductory letter, which I email to my new client, and a phone call. After that, we usually meet in person, not only to get to know each other, but to begin a process of crafting the wedding ceremony. We then correspond via phone, email, as needed. I generally respond within the same day.
