I would definitely recommend this company! Jay was my tech and I was so impressed by his commitment to get the rugs in my place clean. The years of not getting the rugs cleaned had taken on a problem of wear and tear that resulted in the conclusion that the rugs would need to be replaced.
Jay was working so hard but you could see that the carpet was beyond repair! He didn’t want to give up and was so apologetic!

We were very happy with the carpet cleaning. But we were lass than happy with the grout cleaning. We had some missing grout before the cleaning but there was more missing afterwards. If we had known this would happen we would not have attempted to clean it.
