FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair, transparent pricing with no surprises. Most projects are quoted upfront based on the scope of work, and I'll always discuss any potential additional costs before moving forward. My goal is to provide quality workmanship at a reasonable price while treating every home as if it were my own. I also offer discounts for repeat customers, multiple projects completed during the same visit, and referrals. Whether it's a small repair, assembly project, or larger installation, I'm committed to providing reliable service, clear communication, and professional results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with learning about your project and understanding exactly what you're looking to accomplish. If possible, I ask for photos and details ahead of time so I can review the scope of work and provide an accurate estimate. Once we agree on the project, we'll schedule a convenient time for the service. I arrive prepared, communicate throughout the job, and make sure the work is completed safely and professionally. Before leaving, I review the completed work with you, answer any questions, and make sure you're completely satisfied with the results. My goal is to make the entire process simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a Maintenance Technician for several residential and commercial property management companies, where I gained extensive hands-on experience performing repairs, installations, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. This experience has given me a strong foundation in working with a wide variety of home improvement and maintenance projects while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service. In addition to my maintenance background, I have experience assembling furniture, exercise equipment, grills, shelving systems, storage solutions, and other household items. I have also completed projects involving TV mounting, ceiling fans, light fixtures, door hardware, blinds, and general handyman services. My training comes primarily from years of hands-on field experience, working with tools daily, following manufacturer specifications, and finding practical solutions to real-world problems. I take pride in doing quality work, communicating clearly with customers, and treating every home with care and respect.
