Introduction: I provide outstanding elder care nursing services to the elderly. Also, I was the Director/Nurse for an Assisted Living Facility in Orange City. Having worked for Halifax Hospice as a nurse takes someone special to be there for End of Life Care. Let your loved one stay in their home if possible because that is where they are their best and more importantly to have the same person care for them compared to multiple people. They need structure in their lives so as not to feel they do not have a voice. Being an advocate for the elderly as well as a second pair of eyes and ears so that families know their loved one is getting the best care possible. Many times, the elderly just want someone to hold their hand and to listen to them as they still have many things to say.
