Everything was good. However, the tech failed to disclose the cost per additional vent beyond the 10 vent offer, until it was time to pay for the service. It was an extra $20 per vent. Would have liked to have been informed prior to work start.

Chris and is technicians Jose and Joel arrived on-time and quickly started their assessment. I knew it was going to be more than just a regular duct cleaning. They clearly explained the recommendation to remediate the issue as well as the pricing, which I felt was a fair value exchange. They were diligent in the entire cleaning process and ensured everything was cleaned up before leaving. The professionalism showed in their excellent quality of work ensuring the job was properly completed at good value. A side note, the negative air machine used for pulling out all the debris from the ducts, is a bit loud if your in the same room, so just be prepared for some noise. Thank you Chris, Jose and Joel. Our pricing is straight forward and reasonable. We charge per vent and per air handler unit (coil/blower wheel)

Be careful when hiring an HVAC professional. Be sure they are licensed through the state of Florida and that they have the appropriate insurances before they come to your home or business to do any work. Also, if the price seems to good to be true, it must likely is. Beware of Bait and switch ads.
