- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices can be negotiated. Deep cleaning of cabinets, refrigerators and ovens is charged separately. Beds beyond the master bedroom are subject to an additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On-Time Cleaning: Regular cleaning is carried out. First cleaning: detailed cleaning carried out in the kitchen and bathroom areas Second cleaning: Detailed cleaning of bedroom and living room areas After the process, each area is given extra attention in the next appointments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience acquired in cleaning companies, recognizing and putting into practice all the learning learned with quality and agility.
