FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every estimate is free, written and line-item, and it comes after an on-site walkthrough so the number reflects the actual surfaces, prep and access on your property. No phone-call guesses. The estimate spells out what is included (washing, filling, caulking, priming, finish coats) so there are no surprise add-ons later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You reach out by message or phone. 2. We schedule an on-site walkthrough at a time that works for you. 3. You get a free written, line-item estimate. 4. Once approved, we confirm a start date and protect the work area before any paint goes on. 5. We prep properly (wash, fill, caulk, prime), apply the finish coats, and put the site back every evening. 6. Final walkthrough with you before we call it done.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask how much of the price is prep. Washing, filling, caulking and priming are where a paint job succeeds or fails, and they are also where a low bid saves money. Get the estimate in writing, line by line, after someone has actually looked at the surfaces. Ask what happens to your furniture, floors and landscaping while the work is going on, and how the site is left at the end of each day. In Florida, also ask for a certificate of insurance rather than a license number, since the state does not license painters.
