- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Our organizing services start at $130/hour for a two-person team, allowing projects to move efficiently while giving our clients double the support and attention. Every project is unique, so we provide personalized estimates based on the size and goals of the space. We also help clients stay within budget by recommending organizing products only when truly needed. No hidden fees — just honest communication, quality service, and results that make everyday life easier.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by understanding the client’s needs, goals, lifestyle, and the challenges they are facing within the space. Clients can send photos/videos or schedule a consultation so we can better evaluate the project. From there, we create a personalized plan focused on functionality, practicality, and aesthetics. During the organizing session, we declutter, categorize, optimize storage, and create systems that are easy to maintain. Our goal is always to make the process smooth, supportive, and stress-free while delivering lasting results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professional backgrounds bring a strong combination of organization, leadership, structure, and client support. Taty’s experience as a manager in a multinational company strengthened her skills in leadership, planning, and problem-solving. Patricia’s background in compliance and customer service developed a high level of organization, attention to detail, and communication. In addition to our professional experience, we have hands-on experience organizing homes, closets, kitchens, pantries, garages, and moving/unpacking projects. We continuously study organizing methods and functional systems to provide the best experience for our clients.
