- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Students will get a discount if they book two or more classes a week. Groups lessons are also offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to set up the right day and time for the lesson and the starting day. Once we find the right time for the class we will connect through Skype, FaceTime or hangouts. I will send you all the material we will use in class before it starts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in education and minor in Spanish.
