Yuri followed up with me a couple of times and provided additional information that I requested. Once hired, he was able to get us on his schedule pretty quickly. Two gentlemen arrived today and vacuumed, skimmed, and brushed the pool. Then the filter was cleaned and the chemicals were checked and adjusted.
Details: Cleaning and Maintenance • In-ground pool • Concrete • Saltwater • Pool water is clear • Leaves • Insects • I do not need my pool drained • I'm flexible

I was dissatisfied with my old pool service, which I had used for over five years. I decided to reach out and find another service and found Near Me Pools. After speaking to Yuri, I was confident that he provides the type of service I was looking for. I’m very pleased with how they’re servicing the pool now, it looks great! Happy that I won’t have to constantly worry about what needs to be done next or what I’m gonna be charged next. Highly recommend Near Me Pools!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand the need to get the most value for what you pay for.
That is why we prioritize bundling services at discounted rates, if and when appropriate.
We also believe in taking care of our existing clients, so discounts do not stop at sign up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always want to ensure that we know exactly what you need and what you are looking for before ever charging for a visit.
That's why we will always ask as many questions as possible to uncover what is needed.
From there we give you our best recommendation as to what the next steps should be.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As childhood friends, we always loved spending time at our community swimming pool. What we hated, however, was having to skip a pool day because the pool was not cleaned properly or because it was damaged. That's why we decided to open up Near Me Pools and ensure that our clients never run into the same issues.
