Stefan called within seconds of my providing my phone number. He listened to what my issue was and gave a level of expectation. He then asked if he could come by and give an estimate. I agreed. He said he could be by around 2:30pm - 3pm but it was dependent upon how he progressed the job he was working on. He called to let me know it would probably be around 4pm and he was good to his word arriving just after 4pm.
After reviewing the problem and suggesting a number of options, suggesting that the simplest was probably the best he gave me a rough estimate. I accepted.
He asked if he could get started right away - as we had been without a kitchen sink for nearly a week, we were very pleased to hear him ask and we agreed.
He, and his assistant, got to work right away. They removed the problem pipe that was inside our kitchen wall, replaced it with a new pipe and included a suitable kitchen sink waste pipe connection. They also replaced the hot and cold water pipes at my request, including new shut off valves.
Upon completion of the work, they tested the waste pipe and the hot and cold water supply pipes. There was a leak on the hot pipe that they removed and replaced in quick time. The final leak test was all ok.
After testing, they cleaned up, taking care to vacuum out the dust created when they had to break into the kitchen wall. They mopped up the very small amount of water that escaped.
Throughout they were professional, cheerful, positive, thoughtful, especially about keeping the cost under control.
Much to my delight, they completed the job in a single visit.
I would highly recommend PayLess. As it happens, I had contacted another plumber that was recommended by a relative, but that plumber did not even bother to turn up at the appointed time.
My thanks to Stafan for his excellent work and for keeping the cost very reasonable.

The price quote given was within reasonable range and very competitive, in fact it was the lowest. Appointment was executed on time and done in one hour. Technician named 'Matt' ( looked like a Viking ! ) from Pennsylvania answered all the questions and was knowledgable about the preventive maintenance. Unfortunately they do not do any residential regular maintenance. Left the area clean and installation done correctly. Would recommend them without hesitation, long live the Vikings ! ( little humor there)

Gavin and Steffan did an amazing job changing out a regular sink to a farm sink in one of my bathrooms. They were always on time and got the job done as quickly as possible. Staffan came and fixed a sink in the kitchen that was coming loose from the granite. He did have to come back to finish the project but he was available on short notice and at a reasonable price.
