- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We develope fees for projects based on the scope of your project and, also, which speific services we offer. We off er a lot of different services. We generally will quote you a Lump Sum (fixed amout) fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We listen to the clients to determine the scope of the project. 2. We explain to the client the options we provide. 3. We inform our client on how to save money during the Design and Drawing phase. 4. We inform our clients of the false saving that they may they may hear of from others
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I decided to be an architect in fifth grade. I attended and graduated from a very special high school with a tremendous architectural curriculum. By junior high school I was preparing drawings for clients (in Michigan you did not need a license for single family projects). I gradutated with honors from the University of Michgan (5 year program).
