- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very Reasonable. We offer flat rate pricing. We do not believe in bait and switch sales tactics, we promise the price you're quoted is the price you'll pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers call up to schedule an appointment. Then our technicians show up on time, and on the day the appointment was scheduled. We do a thorough walk through, clean whatever items the customer would like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my technicians all IICRC certified in carpet, tile, upholstery fine fabrics, commercial floor care service and water damage.
