I take CE courses with the American Culinary Federation, the national body that governs food service professionals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years of working in restaurants and corporate fine dining Chef I decided to share my talent and knowledge of food on a more personal level. Thats how Healthy Cooking & Lifestyle by Barbara began!
