Jane was able to help me with a potty training issue I have with my 1 year old dog. I have put her suggestions into practice and we are making progress!Jul 5, 2019Verified
I know it's not easy working with pit bulls But Ms. Jane was very patient and overwhelmed me with the progress of my dog and took her time did not rush and she's very friendly..But I do advice some of you to ask Ms. Jane about keeping dogs away from you're kid's until trained properly and she'll work with that part.. Thank you Ms. JaneJun 8, 2017Verified
Jane is an excellent dog trainer, although I believe she helped me more than my crazy wheatie. I was really impressed with how much knowledge she has and patience. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. She showed me some tools I can use to use while training my puppy. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!!Apr 6, 2017Verified
Jane's work with behavioral training is so integral for not only the dogs but also the family. She assisted me personally with better understanding of my dog's behavior, the nature of it, and my reactions to my dog. She was able to help guide me to improve upon the positive energy and reinforcement I could give to my dog for the best outcomes of behavior. I highly recommend Jane for her knowledge and understanding of both animal behaviors and the impact of the family systems.Oct 5, 2017Verified
Jane's patience and love for our dog was amazing. He took to her immediately and responded to her requests without a problem. She will be coming back to continue his training and I would highly recommend her to any one needing a trainer.Jul 8, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Training is $90/hour. Sessions are 1 - 2 hours, most families choose 2 hours to accomplish our set goals. I am available for overnights $100/day. An exception is one hour for a puppy who often gets tired out. I find it most successful to teach pups in increments. I return again after pup has built a strong foundation having learned the first set of skills. After the first session we speak on the phone when needed and there is no charge for this; just want to fine tune the training. We work according to your dog's needs. It is not a set training course, but organic in that we deal with what is going on with the pup. This is short term training, usually one or two visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Before we meet, we talk on text/phone discussing the pet parent's concerns. It is just as important that the pet parent develop a relationship before we even meet. Parents want to know and know that we will work on their concerns before we meet. Parents are putting alot of faith and trust in me to in a short time teach them and pets what is needed to have a closer, knowlegeable relationship with their pet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Masters Degree in Counseling Certification in Pet First Aid and CPR - ProPetHero - Certificate #: 1467-5701-2561-641 Red Cross Certification in Adult/Child CPR and First Aid
