Though they didn’t have hundreds of reviews, the ones posted were impressive enough for me to share my contact information. Within 15 minutes, I received a call. On the other end was Anthony. He began by politely asking if it was a good time to talk and whether I had already found a solution. I explained that although Thumbtack allows requests to be sent to multiple vendors, I had specifically chosen only him—because the reviews spoke highly of his service. During our conversation, Anthony was consultative and straightforward. He explained that sometimes replacement can be more economical than repair, but before jumping to conclusions, he walked me through troubleshooting. After 25 years in business, we’re finally ready to expand beyond a single PC setup with two external drives into a proper networked system that will improve our operations.
