Sure Im CSCS certified with the NSCA! It's a top organizations that make sure that we stay educated. My certification is renew every 2 years and my CPR/AED every year!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In College! I wanted to help people become more active whether it is losing weight or learning self defense or toning or looking to increase one athletic ability!
