a.) Because I'm not a native, I know how it feels to be a native English speaker learning a foreign language. I realize that different languages equate to different thought processes, and it's translating the thought processes that is a big challenge in learning a foreign language. b.) My career/experience is in learning & development, so I understand the need to tailor and customize each learning experience to each individual in order to optimize results.
