- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge flat fees based on the scope and location of the project. For example, permit pulling and GC On Record services start at $3,000 for jobs under $75,000. Red tag or code violation services are custom-priced depending on urgency and scope. I always provide clear pricing up front with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I’ll do a quick call to understand your needs — whether it’s a permit issue, red tag, or GC oversight. Then I review your documents or plans, provide a quote, and begin the process within 24–48 hours. I stay involved throughout the permitting process or until final inspection/CO if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Florida State–Licensed General Contractor (CGC1536998) with over 30 years of experience in construction, permitting, and code compliance. I hold a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA, and I’ve managed thousands of residential and commercial units — from luxury homes to complex multi-use buildings. Now, I enjoy helping others navigate permitting, red tag resolution, and legalizing unpermitted work across Florida.
