Roberto was an excellent general contractor to work with. We completed a commercial project together, and the entire process went smoothly with no major issues. Jose is the best I'm Travis with T & N we had a roof project and Jose was there to the rescue with getting permit, helping with questions and make sure job was running on time. We were able to get in do the work and stay busy with Jose help. If you need a GC Jose is the way to go

Red tag or code violation services are custom-priced depending on urgency and scope. I always provide clear pricing up front with no surprises.

First, I’ll do a quick call to understand your needs — whether it’s a permit issue, red tag, or GC oversight. Then I review your documents or plans, provide a quote, and begin the process within 24–48 hours. I stay involved throughout the permitting process or until final inspection/CO if needed.

I’m a Florida State–Licensed General Contractor (CGC1536998) with over 30 years of experience in construction, permitting, and code compliance. I hold a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA, and I’ve managed thousands of residential and commercial units — from luxury homes to complex multi-use buildings.
