Maks easily could have sold me a service I did not need. I thought I had to replace a water line for a new refrigerator, but after speaking with Maks, he set my worries at ease and calmly and professionally explained to me how the work was not necessary and that my existing lines were perfectly fine.
It is rare and refreshing to come across someone who is honest enough to tell you that you don't have to give them money because the work isn't necessary. Maks didn't even charge me for his opinion/analysis. I was getting quotes and had a different company come out who quoted me $300 (which seemed pretty high for what was requested). Maks' explanation made me realize that I almost flushed a lot of money down the drain for a problem that didn't exist.
As consumers, we are used to feeling like we are getting ripped off, whether it is an auto mechanic, plumber, electrician, etc. If you are unfamiliar with the work that needs to be done, you can easily get taken advantage of. Based upon my experience with Maks, I would not hesitate to hire him for any plumbing projects we may need in the future. Thank you Maks for your honesty and integrity.
