I found Nicolas to be very professional and was pleased that he did not look for remediation work when he investigated the house, but waited for all the details from air samples in and outside the house first. That is not always the case. As it turned out, no further work was actually needed. While I may take some actions as preventative, these were not in any way pressed on me but were at my request.

I had a problem with mold, that was found while putting in new floors due to soft spots. The mold was removed, but when I came back into my home after my floors were done, I had to go to my eye dr and he was afraid the mold was still in my house as my eyes were sooo irritated. I got worried and called DISATER PRO USA. I had Nicholas come out to my home. He did an inspection, took air samples and scraping. He was awesome, made me feel so comfortable. Answered any questions. I just spoke with him and was very pleased to find out I didn't have mold spores in my air of my home. After being sick for 4 months not knowing the cause. This was the best news ever. Thank you sooooo much DISASTER PRO USA, you are the best.
