We spoke to John about our problem with a sagging paneled patio ceiling 25’ off the ground on a Monday, and the next day it was fixed. We are extremely grateful and pleased that John was able to fit us into his schedule. He came prepared to tackle the problem, so there was no lag time. He kept us informed of his arrival time and clearly explained how he was going to tackle the repair. He clearly knows his craft, takes pride in his work, is extremely professional and charges a fair price. We recommend him highly and will call on him again for future projects.
