Cristian was patient and did great job replacing my Tankless Water Heater. The brand new one wouldn’t heat and he was patient and kind enough to wait for me to go exchange it at Home Depot. The second New one works great. Fair price. Would definitely call again.

Very responsive and was able to schedule next day for my new thankless hot water. Unfortunately the day after install, I smelled gas. Cristian was extremely responsive and came over immediately. Then that evening, the unit was leaking. Again, very responsive and came the next morning and put a drain to the outside. Now it is perfect but not without a few hiccups. That being said, I would still recommend based on value, responsiveness and professionalism.

I wanted to give this place a 5-Star rating in all areas because they truly deserved it. From the moment I got connected to the Flordy from the office. Got a text about the work schedule and ETA of their field rep with pic Id, which was impressive. Mr Sodner Pompeii, the Field Rep was very efficient, polite and experienced. He explained was he was going to do, give me a quote and took care of a dishwasher connection and refrigerator water line hook up that I needed. I highly recommend 1-800- plumber + Air company and would surely call them back first when needed. F.,
