I wanted to give this place a 5-Star rating in all areas because they truly deserved it. From the moment I got connected to the Flordy from the office. Got a text about the work schedule and ETA of their field rep with pic Id, which was impressive. Mr Sodner Pompeii, the Field Rep was very efficient, polite and experienced. He explained was he was going to do, give me a quote and took care of a dishwasher connection and refrigerator water line hook up that I needed. I highly recommend 1-800- plumber + Air company and would surely call them back first when needed. F.,

Came promptly to solve a small problem at the end of his work day which we did not originally believe required a professional. Quickly diagnosed that special product was required and changed out the part. If we had not called - our task disconnecting a fridge and washer dryer could not have been done as we did not have the range of caps and valves and tools he did. Capable and courteous!
