My experience with George at PAPPHOTO was exceptionally outstanding, couldn't have been happier! I can't thank him enough for the truly amazing pictures he took and most importantly how comfortable he made us feel. He is warm and friendly yet professional and his creativity...effortless! Our shots were genuine and unique, definitely not your typical wedding pictures...these actually look cool hanging in my living room and blend in perfectly with my decor. Not to mention just how extremely affordable everything was and even better how quickly we received our pictures! We were able to share them with our family and friends shortly after our wedding day! I had looked at and spoke to a lot of photographers in South Florida while planning my wedding this time last year. Everyone either seemed way over my budget (which was $1000-1500 for 6-8 hours of work) or the quality of photos in that price range were not very good. Then I found George! His cost and hours were right within what I was looking for and his online gallery was impressive. He drove down from Delray to meet with me and my fiance so he could get to know us as a couple and we could discuss what we were looking on our big day. He was energetic and very confident in his ability to deliver exactly what we had in mind, and rightly so. He was easy to get in contact with as he would always respond to emails within a day, if not immediately. Our wedding was in mid-November, right after daylight savings time, and I began to panic because we planned a sunset ceremony and yacht reception and it was now getting dark at that time. He met me at the venue a week or so before our wedding so he could see for himself what to expect in regards to lighting issues. I was also able to show him around so he could get great ideas on where to shoot and be more prepared. The day of he and his wife were promptly on time to shoot the "getting ready" photos of me and my girlfriends in the hotel room, which were some of my absolute favorite shots! He got very creative with the use of the space and they turned out incredible. Everything from that point on was a whirlwind, as most brides will say. But George did such a wonderful job capturing so many moments I had completely forgot about until I looked at them. He really listened to my husband and I when we said we wanted a lot of candid shots of our friends and family because there were tons of great ones in the gallery. One of the best parts of the package I chose with George was that all of the edited photos are uploaded to an online gallery, which is free to download for everyone! You can obviously order prints as well, but that is so amazing to give all of our guests that extra bonus! Overall, we were thrilled with his professionalism, energetic attitude, and our beautiful wedding photos. We highly recommend George Papp for any photography needs you may have (as he's also a jack of all trades when it comes to his photography skills). :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no set price. I would like to hear more of your photography needs so I can create a quote for the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the introduction, I like to hear from them what they are looking to obtain from the image or images. Then I suggest a pre-production meeting where we get to go over all the details of the shoot. And a detailed list of his expectations for the images to be shot helps too. After the shoot, I meticulously edit every image and send it to the client in a private online gallery.
