- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am constantly learning by taking different courses in all areas in health and fitness. Most recently I went through a Yoga Certification to enhance my repretoire.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in a gym since I was 6 years old, but when I got introduced to yoga and Pilate's, it changed my life. It is my passion to help people with their fitness goals and to help them feel better about themselves both inside and out!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I focus a lot of my workouts on core strength and using the stabilizing muscles so they don't have to work so hard. This helps them in their daily activities as well!
