- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?BLS for Healthcare Providers-$50 ACLS New Provider-$165 ACLS Renewal-$115 Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED-$85 We also offer Blended learning that includes online training with In-Person validation of skills called “Heartcode BLS”. Heartcode BLS-$70 ($30 for online module and $40 for Skills validation. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?for complete course information and to register, visit our website. There you will find links to our courses with full details on our courses and your various options. Once you “Click to Enroll” you will be directed to both the course registration and payment pages. Confirmations will be sent by us which will include important information regarding your classes (we call it “Must Read” material).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a Registered Nurse since 2005 with a significant majority of it working in cardiac intensive care units. I am a nationally certified critical care nurse since 2013. I have been certified as an instructor of American Heart Association courses since 2015.
