- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of service, property size, system or surface condition, and accessibility. Because every job is different, we don’t give exact pricing without seeing the work first. We offer free onsite estimates so we can evaluate everything properly and provide accurate pricing. There are no hidden fees—we explain all options clearly before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You contact us through Thumbtack and tell us what services you’re interested in. We schedule a free onsite estimate at a convenient time. We inspect the area or system (HVAC, air ducts, dryer vent, solar panels, windows, gutters, or exterior surfaces). We explain our findings and recommended options clearly. You decide how to proceed—no pressure. If approved, we schedule the service or complete it the same day when possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are NADCA-certified Air Systems Cleaning Specialists (ASCS) and Certified Ventilation Inspectors (CVI) for HVAC, air duct, and dryer vent services. We are also trained and experienced in solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior pressure washing, using proper tools and safe methods for each surface. Our work follows professional standards with a strong focus on safety, quality, and long-term results.
