- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free walk-throughs and itemized estimates so you know exactly what you’re paying for no surprises. Also, first-time customers can get up to 5-10% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free walk-through to discuss goals, measure, and assess site conditions. 2. Within 24–48 hours of your walk-through, we’ll send you a proposal with multiple options to fit your needs and budget. If you choose to move forward, we require 50% of labor costs and 100% of material costs upfront. (You’re welcome to purchase materials yourself if you prefer, though most of our past customers choose to have us handle sourcing to ensure quality and timely delivery.) 3. Scheduling & materials ordering; we coordinate any specialty trades. 4. Build phase with progress updates and tidy jobsite. 5. Final walkthrough & punch list to make sure you love the result.

4+ past years hands-on expertise in kitchen & bath remodeling, drywall/texture, flooring, painting, cabinetry, and carpentry. We stay current on manufacturer installation guidelines and safety best practices.
