- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact & Consultation – We start by listening to your needs, goals, and budget. This is usually conducted over the phone. Assessment & Estimate – Once we have a clear understanding of the scope of work. We then provide a detailed estimate with transparent pricing. Planning & Agreement – Once the scope and pricing are approved, we outline the timeline and expectations so you know exactly what to expect. Project Execution – Our team gets to work, thoroughly detailing and cleaning the agreed areas of your home or business. We focus on quality, safety, and excellence at every step. Final Walk-Through – When the job is complete, we review everything with you to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the service you have received. Follow-Up – We stand by our work and are always available for questions, adjustments, or future projects.
