I am remodeling my master bathroom . Shannon helped me pick out tile and coordinated all my cabinets with me. Etc. I was very impressed as she listens to you regarding style and colors. This is a good quality because the end results will be what you like not what she likes . She was very punctual for appointments. I forgot to pick something up at store and I needed it the following morning for my installer The Orlando store was out of stock and would not be there until Friday. So I called Shannon and told her that the Orlando store was out of stock until Friday but I needed it Wednesday . So she took time out of her busy schedule and went looking for the part I needed and brought the product to my house the next morning, so yes Shannon went above and beyond! Shannon has a passion for this line of work. I was really pleased with her service and I will use her again and again. I would highly recommend her! I had a great experience with Shannon, Thanks

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My fees are simple I charge 150.00 for a two hour no obligation consult after that my fees are flat rate depending on the job and complexity of the project.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am actually an active member in a professional organization called, American Society of Interior Designers. I currently serve as the Orlando, Fl chapters Design Community Coordinator. As the DCC I locate and plan local vendors and industry partners to host monthly meeting and CEU (Continued Education Units) for us. As a part of the ASID a member must have logged a set number of hours of ceu's a year to maintain their membership so keeping up with market trends and codes is a must.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Really interview your design professional just because they have licenses does not mean they know good design.
