FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning about their needs and expectations as well as recommending services they might be interested in. We like to visit the property as well to assess the state of the yard or home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am always studying my field as new equipment or techniques become available. No matter what you do in life you can convert it to a science or art. It just takes dedication and commitment for this to work.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
recently I had to go to a clients property and provide a quote for a number of different issues. The client had multiple citations from the city and needed the work completed ASAP. two hours after receiving a request from the client I was at the property working up the quote. The grass was over 12 inches in most areas, shrubs were out of control and vines had grown from the empty lot next to the property onto the back yard of the clients property and accounted for about 16 hours of work to remove the vines. trees were also over grown and touching the roof in multiple places. The grass was taken care of immediately to address one of the citations. quotes were drawn up that afternoon and presented to the client. The way I o quotes is simple. Some clients may not be able to pay for a big job like this one at one time so they may opt for certain things to be done and others later. so I provide my clients with an overall quote as well as a break down of each task individually priced so the client can pick and choose what they want immediately or later. The client so far has had me at the property twice and has been pleased both times at how quickly and much the property is changing.
