- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is affordable and competitive and includes wrapping all furniture with pads for safe transport. We offer discounts on a daily basis for new customers, and we offer discounts for seniors 55 years and older.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer requests a quote, we'll discuss details of the project and send the quote. If the customer wants to move forward with scheduling the project, we collect a small deposit and confirm the appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if customers cancel their moving appointment; however, customers may reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of their move date. Our experienced team will complete the project to the customer's satisfaction and collect the remaining balance due at the end of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members have at least 2 years moving experience and have completed a thorough 60 day training.
