Kerry P. says, "Christian unknowingly had his hands full when he accepted the seemingly simple task of diagnosing a keyboard issue. It was a programming snafu between Samsung and MS Windows which totally wiped out everything saved on my computer and reset to factory defaults. Christian spent over three weeks running a recovery program to try to get my pictures and saved files back. He did an awesome job of retrieving the most important files and information. He even made a folder of the remaining corrupted files and put it on my desktop so I could go through and identify the remaining items I need him to restore. He did all of this and shipped my laptop back to me and didn't charge me one cent more than his original estimate.
