I am very selective in choosing any service provider/contractor. Usually, I educated myself in the problem and solutions and ask lot of questions to service provider/contractor before I chose anyone. Most of the contractors fail miserably based on my interview process. First, I picked Roger based on his exceptional reviews and the reasonable estimate for the job that needs to be done, which is main drain repair. Once I hired him, he did an exceptional job in getting to the main drain pipe and repairing it. This is a harder job then I initially thought about it. He drained the pool, chiseled the concrete closest to the main drain elbow. He then cut the old elbow and replaced with a new PVC pipe and elbow, and filled the hole with concrete and plaster it. My pool settled due to the main drain pipe leaking and cracked the shell, this was a second job that I hired him for. This was very extensive job and needs some demolishing some of the pool floor concrete and re concreting the floor. From start to finish, it took him 5 days to complete the job. He did an exceptional job and paying close attention to details. I have never seen anyone like him. I would highly recommend him.

Absolutely incredible! He is an honest person, he works hard, and he is dependable. Sometimes that is hard to find these days, but I'm glad to have found him for all my pool needs. It seems as though he has the ability to not only renovate pools, but also fix pool mechanics/motors/pumps/etc. If anything ever comes up in the future for my pool, he is my go-to person!
