Had what we considered a pretty urgent issue and I couldn’t be happier with the responsiveness of the company. They called me immediately upon e teeing my project in thumbtack and due to how urgent this was to me, accommodated a next day (which was Sunday) visit. When they arrived, they were I formative, professional, and efficient. We took their business card to hire them for additional services!

The reason I called M&C Trappers was in regards to having two male Pekin Ducks removed from the wildlife sanctuary pond that my apartment complex is built around. The two ducks are very aggressive towards the other wildlife in the pond and to residents' dogs. I called M&C Trappers and explained my situation. I was told that someone would come out to assess the situation at no charge. They said if they accepted the job it would cost $398 to capture the two ducks and remove them to a safe place. After the M&C trapper came to see the situation he said he would come back the next night to capture the ducks. The trapper came but was unsuccessful in capturing the ducks that night. He then asked for around $300 more which I said I could not afford. So that was that! In my honest opinion, if I accepted a job and agreed to provide the service at a certain stated and agreed upon price I would complete the service I had been hired for and not ask for more money to complete the job. The man they sent out was polite yet unfortunately did not succeed in providing the service I hired them for.
