- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training in the underlying technology, electronics, started in high school in a vocational - technical high school. After high school, I went off to a time serving in the U.S.Air Force where I also trained in electronics. After that, working for a government contractor, Raytheon. They supplied a great deal of training on miniaturized electronics which led directly to computer technology. I also worked at EMC Corporation (a leading provider of IT storage hardware solutions and cloud computing) where I started as a temporary employee, earned a full-time employee position, and finally promoted to running the internal computer support department. To stay current, I read many of the tech websites, blogs and journals as well as white papers on new technologies.
