- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the time and complexity of the job. The work can also be performed at a fixed price. There are no hidden fees. I offer discounts for repeat clients or multiple tasks completed in one visit or over 4 hours of labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking for a clear description of the project - photos and details are always helpful. Once I understand the task, I provide an raw quote and agree on the time line. Then I schedule the job and make sure everything is done cleanly, on time, and with respect for your space. The job is considered finished only after everything has been cleaned up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master degree in the field of civil and commercial construction. Over two years experience in the professional handyman home improvement company and over 10 years total experience. Zero callbacks. My experience comes from hands-on work and learning directly on the job.
