Typical me, last minute with everything and needed a home cleaning quickly with guests coming into town later that week. Charissa was very professional even offer to have the another crew to come back and redo what was never cleaned. I really have to think about it and am not sure if I can. Jill is very unprofessional and shouldn't be inside people's Homes. Half of my house was not cleaned, the more I look the more I see what was not done. Paula, Yesterday was not a good experience for you as the client. I do apologize tremendously and have tried to make things right to the best of my ability. It is very unfortunate that things happened as they did and everything that you and I discussed has been noted and will be used in our trainings and my personal meetings with my employees. I do appreciate your honesty and have made the changes that need to be made to continue providing clean homes to our future clients. I do understand the reasons of your review and have done everything I could to alleviate the situation that occurred. I wish you would have allowed us another opportunity to make things right before resorting to a permanent review of my company over a situation that I believe would have been fixed with another cleaning team. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, we offer transparent pricing that takes into account the amount of bedrooms, bathrooms and additional add-ons if desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Based on the initial client requirements we provide a comprehensive quote that includes the budget, scope and timeline. After the quote is sent we follow up with the client to discuss any amendments. We will then send the client a finalized quote, with instructions on how to schedule and execute.
