We were gone for 7 days over the New Year. Kim is very professional in her bearing and attitude towards the job. She has the ability to let animals feel unthreatened by her presence and all went well with our Scaredy-cat BOO! She was also great with sending us text messages to update us on her progress with BOO without us having to ask for the updates. We always worry about how our sweetheart BOO is doing away from mommy and daddy and to have a Catsitter who is sensitive to these needs and responds accordingly with the text updates is very important and valuable to us. When we know BOO is in good hands, we feel we can let go and feel relaxed that we have a very competent and caring pet sitter taking care of our BOO. FIVE STARS +!!!

Kim is a true animal person. Our dog Bruno identified her as part of the pack immediately. She was able to respond to do a potty stop quickly and left a note telling us what she and Bruno had done. She even called to make sure we made it home safely. That was an unexpected bonus.
