- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no hidden fees. Our fees include a 50% tenant placement fee, $200 lease renewal fee, and a monthly 8% management fee ($0.00 if vacant).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We routinely process new clients within the same day. We utilize a paperless system allowing documents to be quickly signed. After these are completed, we will schedule an initial in-depth inspection (with photos) to document the property's current condition. This inspection is shared with the owner and barring any property deficiencies that require repair, it will be placed on the market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ENSUVI Property Management Inc. employs Florida licensed real estate brokers, sales associates, and community association managers. Additionally, our employees are extremely knowledgeable in the management of investment properties, commercial buildings, and community associations. Some by way of experience having been property investors themselves, and/or have advanced degrees in subject areas that directly relate to the effective management of your property or condo/homeowner’s association.
