- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive or lower than alot of others. I personally evaluate the needs of each event and present a quote free of charge of course. I do not charge a deposit or cancellation fee. I usually charge a small booking fee and a travel fee depending on location. Payment of services is due at the conclusion of the event in cash or check. The total cost will be clearly stated before you hire (us) me. I do have limits on numbers of guests per person as I will not overload myself or my people where service is not the best it can be. Example-over 80 guests will require an extra bartender. We want to give the best, most efficient and fast service. I do provide alot of services free of charge such as drink menu planning and shopping lists. There are extras available such as a garnish paclage, cups, coolers, etc. at an additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I JUST FIND OUT WHAT THEY WANT AND ALL THE DETAILS AND DO MY VERY BEST TO DELIVER TO THEIR EXPECTATIONS. I AM VERY FLEXIBLE AND I LISTEN TO THEM AND FULFILL THEIR NEEDS..I AM WILLING TO HELP THEM FIGURE OUT WHAT IT TAKES TO GET WHAT THEY WANT IF THEY NEED HELP. I HAVE MADE DRINK MENUS, LIQUOR AND SUPPLY LISTS AND EVEN HELPED WITH PRICING AT CASH FUNCTIONS.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I STUDY ABOUT FOOD AND WINES ON MY OWN AND I MUST ADMIT I WATCH THE FOOD NETWORK MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE BECAUSE THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING NEW TO LEARN. I do posses licenses: FLORIDA OFF PREMISES SERVING OF ALCOHOL AND FLORIDA RESPONSIBLE SERVER OF ALCOHOL AND FLORIDA SAFE SERVE CERTIFICATION (FOOD)
