- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, roof replacements are priced by the square and can be impacted by the pitch of the roof, the number of roofs installed, the complexity - multi stories or single etc. We would like to give an average price per square, but we do not want to mislead if you have special circumstances with your roof. That is why it is best to have a professional look at it, to give you the best and most accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to see your roof and look at the conditions around your home. We will schedule time with you to do this, and then give you an estimate immediately. There are a lot of things to consider when getting a new roof, and we want to make sure that we are there to help guide you through the process. There is never a charge for our estimates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training is on going, we are always being trained by our suppliers and manufacturers for proper installation procedures, as well as safety and overall customer satisfaction.
