FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dear valued customers, I am writing to provide you with information about my pricing structure for accounting and payroll services. My goal is to provide high-quality services at a fair and competitive price. For accounting services, I offer hourly and flat rate pricing options. Hourly pricing is based on the amount of time that I spend working on your accounting tasks and is calculated at a rate of $75 per hour. Flat rate pricing is based on the scope of the work and is quoted on a project-by-project basis. For payroll services, I offer a flat monthly fee that includes all of the services that you need to run your payroll efficiently and accurately. This fee is based on the number of employees that you have and includes services such as payroll processing, tax filing, and employee onboarding. I understand that every business has unique needs and goals, and I am happy to work with you to develop a pricing structure that meets your specific needs. If you have any questions or would like to discuss my pricing in more detail, please don't hesitate to reach out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here is my process when working with a new customer: Initial consultation: This is an opportunity for me to learn more about the customer's needs and goals, and for the customer to learn more about the business and how it operates. Proposal: Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, I will prepare a proposal outlining the scope of work, pricing, and any other relevant details. Negotiation: The customer and I will discuss and negotiate the terms of the proposal to ensure that both parties are in agreement. Contract: Once the terms of the proposal have been agreed upon, the customer and I will sign a contract outlining the terms of the engagement. Work begins: I will begin working on the project, following the terms of the contract and keeping the customer informed of progress along the way. Completion: Once the project is complete, I will deliver the final product or service to the customer and ensure that they are satisfied with the results.
